Well Hello there!
Thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about me. My name is Lindsay MacIntosh and I started my yoga journey in March of 2020.
I had just had my third child. As much as I was grateful to welcome this amazing soul into the world, my body was definitely feeling the discomfort of post delivery.
I understood that yoga could help assist in gently easing mobility and discomfort within my body. Daily I practiced, feeling stronger, flexible, grounded and balanced from the inside out.
Little did I know that the experience on my mat practicing yoga would evolve into such a valuable passion and life changing event.
My yoga practice turned into my most reliable friend. Incorporating daily Yoga has offered me emotional, mental and physical support which has in general amplified my all-around well-being in life.
It is my intention to share healthy movement and mindfulness with others in a positive, safe, inclusive, environment.
I am a certified yoga teacher with 350 hours of training. I thankfully had the wonderful opportunity to study this incredible practice at Bliss studios Shine OM in Barrie.

Mindful Movement Yoga Mondays @ 9:30am - This practice is open for all levels. A swift but sweet morning flow to wake up the body and greet the week in a positive way. Nourish your body, build strength. Yoga is known to reduce stress, improve digestion, balance and overall sense of well being .
TLC Thursdays Restorative Gentle Yoga @ 7:30pm - Take a moment to hit the reset button and soothe your nervous system. Welcome soft easy movement. Breathe. Relax. Rest. This practice is intended to encourage sleep, tend to the body and float in bliss. Move into the weekend with clarity and ease.
At Linden Tree Yoga , our mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga. We believe that yoga is for every body and strive to create a supportive community for all of our students.

I am here to support you. One to one sessions are a wonderful way to create specific movement flows that can leave you feeling energized, stronger, open and maybe even a little lighter.
